We're getting married!

We would love for you to celebrate with us in Walpole, ME, on June 18, 2022.

About June 18th

Jordan was born at 2:46pm on June 17, 1986, in Santa Monica, CA. ~46 hours later and ~100 miles up the coast, Kevin was born at 12:35pm on June 19, 1986, in Santa Barbara, CA. Each year we celebrate the 17th as “Jordan’s birthday,” the 19th as “Kevin’s birthday,” and the 18th as “our birthday.” Now, we are excited to celebrate the 18th as “our wedding” and then as “our anniversary” (the latter being something we will never accidentally forget!).

Events

Friday, June 17th

Welcome Dinner 5:30pm

We'll gather for a Maine lobster bake to celebrate Jordan's birthday the night before the event at Muscongus Bay Lobser. Dress casually and bring layers, dinner is out on the dock! We will be there at 5:30pm and dinner will be served at 6:30pm, try to arrive anytime within that window (leaving extra time for Friday traffic).

Afterward, we'll walk to Granite Hall Store for ice cream, a place near and dear to Jordan's heart. Please make sure we know that you are planning on joining us on Friday!

Saturday, June 18th

Lawn Games 2pm

We welcome guests to arrive early at Clark's Cove Farm and enjoy the property. We will have lawn games set up, or just wander the many paths and visit the sheep, ducks, and chickens!

Ceremony 4pm

The ceremony will be at Clark's Cove Farm at 4pm, make sure you have arrived by then!

Reception Following

A dinner reception will follow the ceremony, also at the farm. Guests will enjoy live music by Manouche Urbain before and after dinner. Curfew is 11pm, so it will be wrapped up before then!

Sunday, June 19th

Casual Brunch 9:30am

We'll celebrate Kevin's birthday with casual coffee and breakfast at Round Pond Coffee the morning after the wedding. Feel free to stop by anytime between 9:30 and 11:30am, we'll be there!

About the Farm

Clark's Cove Farm is a working apple orchard situated on an 81 acre estate with 30 acres of meadows, lawns, and gardens, and 51 acres of woods with trails throughout. Dress accordingly and leave your high heels at home!

How do I get there?

It is most convenient to fly to Portland, ME, and rent a car (it's a little over an hour from Portland to the farm). Boston is another option and is approximately 3 hours away. Traffic is a thing during the summer, so budget extra time. If you would like to carpool (either offering a spot in your car, or are looking for a ride), please sign up and coordinate here!

Where do I stay?

All wedding events will be in the general vacinity of the farm, so we recommend guests book accomodations nearby. Options include:

  • Browse AirBnB's
  • Hawks House Inn
  • Cod Cove Inn
  • Mill Pond Inn
  • The Tipsy Butler
  • Oak Gables B&B
  • Sheepscot Harbor Village Resort
  • The Bradley Inn
  • The Newcastle Inn
  • The Inn at Round Pond
  • The Gosnold Arms Inn

    Where are you registered?

First and foremost, we know that travel is expensive, and we mean it when we say that we have absolutely zero expectations for gifts. Seriously.

We put a few things on a registry here, but again, seeing you (either at the wedding, or celebrating together another time) is so much more important to us than gifts. We already have a lot of stuff (too much!), so there's really not a whole lot that we need. The few items that we added are things that would bring us joy (like new dining/outdoor chairs, which we still need to pick out when life calms down after the wedding, and an oak tree fund!) or simplify our lives (like multiple sets of identical sheets and pillowcases!).

    Can you make it?

We would greatly appreciate if you could RSVP by the 15th of May
